How long does it take to get started?
After pre-booking you can expect to receive a confirmation call within 15-30 minutes after placing your order.
What do I after booking online?
You will receive an order confirmation email from us, followed by a call from an Agent to book your first service session.
How Do I become an AAIR Community Member?
You can request a free AAIR Pass before you make your first booking.
What are some of the benefits of joining the AAIR Community?
Only Members can access our facilities and services. AAIR Media will not fund, endorse or contribute to Non-Community Members.
Are SUPER DROPS deposited into my bank account?
No, All AAIR Media digital assets will be linked directly to your AAIR Media account/wallet.
How many times can I request services from AAIR Media?
There is no limit! We are here to help if you need our assistance.
What’s the maximum amount AAIR Media will contribute to my project?
AAIR Media will invest up to a maximum of $100,000.00 in retail costs per eligible community member in a 12-month period. *Terms and Conditions apply.

What is the interest rate?
AAIR Media does not lend any money, so we do not charge interest. However, we do hope for a successful investment.
Who owns the content created?
AAIR Media will automatically return the 99% of the ownership to the Creator of the content once the investment and the return on the investment is satisfied. AAIR Media will reserve an option for the remaining 1% of its investment position via Smart Contracts.
